Farming Simulator 2013

When I started Farming Simulator 2013 game I was excited, I had never been a farmer before and here was my chance in Farming Simulator, 6.45 am and I made my way from the farmhouse to the field, jumped in my combine harvester, lowered the plough and started ploughing the field, once my tank was full of hay I left the farm and headed out on the open road by luck more than anything else finding a place where I could unload my hay and recieve some cash in return, I was well reimbursed. I decided to explore the area outside of my farm but with my tractor being limited to 40 mph it became a little tedious, although I did enjoy the Bavarian style townhouses and the alpine town feel to the local town. Ahead I spotted what looked a country pub, tables and chairs outside and it was already after 8am, ploughing that field had been thirsty work and I thought it must be time for some refreshment, sadly I could not enter the pub, I then crashed my tractor on a rock (probably for the best I could not enter the pub it may have been a far more serious accident!)

Farming simulator 2013 demo is very pretty to look at and enjoyable at first but after a while it became too serious, too much like doing real work with no reward.

If you are learning how to run and manage a farm then I´m sure farming simulator 2013 can be a great tool but for me the novelty of being a farmer wore off quickly, the gameplay is drawn out and slow and whilst the graphics are of a good quality it´s not the sort of game I would enjoy playing for more than 10 or 15 minutes and for a game like this to really get any of your farming duties completed you will have to be willing to invest some serious time, I´m sure there are people out there who would enjoy this and it´s by no means a terrible game but it does have a rather niche appeal.

A lot of detail has been put in to the design and it was very exciting to have a choice of different tractors and farm machinery to choose to drive at first in this free farming simulator game, but the novelty does not last long, if you have a passion for farming then I´m sure you would thoroughly enjoy this game but the longer I spent in the sandbox world playing Farming simulator 2013 the more I wished I was I was playing GTA!

I would recommend you download farming simulator if you are a budding farmer in the making but outside of that I´m not sure if farming simulator 2013 has a greater appeal.
