Halo Reach Third Person Campaign 3.0

Ever since Halo: Custom Edition released on the PC, it has always been one of the most mod friendly games. There have been so many mods created of it that ranged from conversion mods where you get to play as the Flood or the Covenant to full on overhauls like the hilarious Cursed Halo. However, with the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC comes a whole new generation of modding. One of them is Halo Reach Third Person Campaign.

To install Halo Reach Third Person Campaign, simply unzip the maps into /Steam/steamapps/common/Halo The Master Chief Collection/haloreach/maps, everything from m10 to m70bonus. Make sure to back up everything in here before you replace them.

This mod does exactly what it says it does. It lets you play through the campaign in third person. This means that you can actually see the customizations you put on your Noble 6 outside of cutscenes for once. This also means that you will have a fantastic peripheral view of the entire map, which makes it slightly easier to get through the game and avoid getting snuck up on if you're playing with a skull that removes the motion tracker.

You'll need to install a patch to enable zooming, unfortunately, but otherwise, this works extremely well. There really isn't much else to talk about, however - it is a very competent mod that gives you a new perspective on the game.
